Problem Statement
The Critical Need
In small towns and rural India, deep-rooted cultural stigma, limited awareness, and psychological barriers prevent women from accessing and adopting post-abortion contraception. This lack of informed support leads to repeated unintended pregnancies and abortions, impacting women’s health, autonomy, and quality of life. There is a critical need to normalise post-abortion contraception through empathetic, empowering communication that connects with ground realities and encourages women to make informed, confident choices toward a healthier future.
