Pokochan Lab was developed as a fully realised 3D CGI environment that positioned Pokochan as a scientist within his own experimental world. The setting functioned as an interactive lab space where the mascot could engage with diapers through visually driven test scenarios and demonstrations. Built as a modular CGI world, the environment allowed multiple content variations to be created within the same system. Designed for social platforms, the series combined character-led storytelling with high-quality CGI, driving strong organic viewership and shareability while establishing a distinctive, repeatable content universe for the brand.
