Vijay Diagnostics is one of the leading specialized medical diagnostic networks in India. To grow its market leadership, Vijay Diagnostics aimed to amplify its brand awareness and recall for new diagnostic centers to ultimately drive a lift in its test bookings. To achieve this, the challenge was threefold. To identify the most relevant media channels, unify these channels to programmatic bind, and achieve best-in-class results efficiently.
The Approach
Vijaya Diagnostics wanted to amplify brand awareness and recall for new diagnostic centers, driving test bookings. We implemented a three-pronged programmatic strategy across YouTube, OTT, audio, and quick commerce, unified via Display & Video 360 with frequency capping and audience targeting. This elevated ad recall and boosted search interest, consolidating their position as a high-performance diagnostic network.
